Property Development is the core business of the Property division. Each project undertaken, has a unique concept. The Malaxmi Techno Park in Vijayawada is one of its kind in the state with the concept of “Walk to Work”. This project has residential space and IT office space in the same premises along with many common facilities like gym, club house, restaurant, convenience store, pharmacy etc. Currently, we are looking to develop housing for Middle Income Group segment, the most aspiring of all, in line with the Prime Minister’s vision of “Housing For All”.
Mixed Use Development
We believe that “Mixed Use Development” is the future of large scale real estate. Residential space, commercial space, office space, entertainment space all fit together in one place to make it more lively both socially as well as economically. We are planning to develop “Malaxmi Eco Town” near Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada in our own land of 90 Acres with 15,000 affordable housing units apart from MIG and HIG housing combined with office spaces, educational institutions, hospital, hotels, malls etc.
We carry the legacy of developing commercial properties. Malaxmi Hub, an IT Park, in Vijayawada is our next flagship commercial project. This IT Park is recognized by the state government of Andhra Pradesh as a “Designated Technology Park”. This division has also developed corporate office space in the CBD of Vijayawada and in Hyderabad too.
Tourism & Hospitality
Malaxmi Property Management offers end to end property management services. The services offered by this division are categorized into Pre-construction, During-Construction & Post- Construction.
